2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may request a return or exchange (see our Refund & Return Policy).

3. Subscriptions (if applicable)

Subscription orders can be skipped, paused, or canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Once a subscription order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to our Refund & Return Policy.
4. Exceptions

Custom or limited-edition items may not be eligible for cancellation once processed.

Fawelo LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.
