At Fawelo LLC, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and transparent. This policy explains the available purchase options for our products and how you can cancel or manage your orders.

1. Purchase Options

  • One-Time Purchase: Buy our products individually, anytime.

  • Subscription (Coming Soon): Save more with automatic deliveries. Choose your frequency and enjoy convenient, worry-free replenishment.

  • Bundles & Multi-Packs: Access exclusive value packs designed to support your long-term oral and dental care routine.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may request a return or exchange (see our Refund & Return Policy).

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@fawelollc.com with your order number.

3. Subscriptions (if applicable)

  • Subscription orders can be skipped, paused, or canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Once a subscription order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Exceptions

  • Custom or limited-edition items may not be eligible for cancellation once processed.

  • Fawelo LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.
