Refund & Return Policy – LOL! (Fawelo LLC)

At Fawelo LLC, your satisfaction matters. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, products must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received.

    • Sealed in original packaging.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Certain products (e.g., opened oral care items for hygiene reasons) may not be returnable.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need an exchange, please contact us at loltotalcare@gmail.com.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Opened or used oral care products (due to hygiene and safety standards)


5. Shipping Returns

6. Late or Missing Refunds
