This policy establishes the requirements applicable to businesses authorized to purchase and resell LOL! products.

Wholesale authorization is limited to the approved legal business entity, physical retail locations, retailer-owned websites and sales channels specifically approved by FAWELO LLC.

General wholesale approval does not authorize sales through Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, TikTok Shop or any other third-party marketplace. Marketplace sales require separate prior written authorization from FAWELO LLC.
